Treatment Longevity & Aftercare Promise — Terms

When you complete eligible treatment at Re-Ignite Dental and join the Prestige Practice Plan or recommended Maintenance Plan, we will support the long-term care of your smile with structured reviews, hygiene maintenance and eligible repair or adjustment support in line with your written treatment plan. To keep this support active, you must attend all recommended review, hygiene and maintenance appointments, follow your home-care instructions, wear any prescribed retainers or guards, and let us know promptly if something does not feel right. This is a treatment longevity and aftercare promise. It does not guarantee a specific cosmetic result, whitening shade, tooth movement, implant success, root canal success, gum disease outcome, gum graft coverage, or that complications cannot occur. Suitability, risks, limitations and guarantee terms are confirmed in writing before treatment.
