To keep this support active, you must attend all recommended review, hygiene and maintenance appointments, follow your home-care instructions, wear any prescribed retainers or guards, and let us know promptly if something does not feel right.
This is a treatment longevity and aftercare promise. It does not guarantee a specific cosmetic result, whitening shade, tooth movement, implant success, root canal success, gum disease outcome, gum graft coverage, or that complications cannot occur.
